1. SPANISH TERRITORY

Campos de Ibiza carries out the delivery of the products in the entire Spanish territory, except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

The Products will be sent to the delivery address that the Customer has indicated during the course of their order.

Delivery time: 2/4 business days

All orders are shipped during the week (Monday through Friday, except holidays).

Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the next day.

Shipping costs: 6.50 € VAT included. CAMPOS DE IBIZA gives you these expenses for any order greater than or equal to € 75.

CORREOS EXPRESS – Delivery at home

Orders are issued through CORREOS EXPRESS, which allows, through our intermediary, to track the shipment in case it does not reach its destination. When the order leaves our central, the buyer receives a confirmation email with a tracking number allowing him to track the status of the shipment through the website of CORREOS (www.correosexpress.com) or by contacting our service to the Client (info@camposdeibiza.com).

The delivery of the order through CORREOS EXPRESS is done by hand and with the signature of the client. Delivery is made at home or at the delivery address that you indicate when you place your order. In case of absence, a maximum of 2 delivery attempts (including the first attempt) will be made during a period of 5 days. In case the recipient is not at home the first time, you can contact CORREOS EXPRESS to set an alternative delivery date within 5 days. In case of not being able to contact or coordinate with the client a delivery, CORREOS EXPRESS will return your items to our warehouse. The redirection of the items to your home must be paid by you.

 

2. TENERIFE / GRAN CANARIA / CEUTA / MELILLA

Campos de Ibiza carries out the delivery of the products in Tenerife, Gran Canaria, Ceuta and Melilla with the following shipping conditions; The expenses derived from the customs clearance (DUA) are borne by the buyer.

The Products will be sent to the delivery address that the Customer has indicated during the course of their order.

Delivery time: 5/7 business days *

* The Islands of Lanzarote, La Palma, La Gomera and El Hierro are excluded from this tariff.

Orders are issued through CORREOS EXPRESS and DHL, which allows, through our intermediaries, to track the shipment in case it does not reach its destination.When the order leaves our headquarters, the buyer receives a confirmation email with a tracking number allowing him to track the status of the shipment through the CORREOS website (www.correosexpress.com), DHL (www.dhl. com) or by contacting our Customer Service (info@camposdeibiza.com).
